This Agreement is entered into between PronTo and the Property Owner ("Landlord").
Services
PronTo may provide:
- Property marketing
- Tenant sourcing
- Tenant screening
- Lease administration
- Property management
- Rent collection support
- Maintenance coordination
Landlord Responsibilities
The Landlord agrees to:
- Provide accurate property information
- Maintain legal ownership or authority
- Maintain habitable conditions
- Comply with housing laws
- Carry required insurance
Fees
PronTo charges management fees according to the current pricing structure:

|---|---|
| 1-5 Units | 14% |
| 6-20 Units | 17% |
| 21+ Units | 20% |
Applicable VAT may apply.
Liability
The Landlord retains responsibility for:
- Property condition
- Legal compliance
- Tax obligations
- Property maintenance
Termination
Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice.
